  • Developed the Purolator PureONE oil filter. Repositioned a category from declining margins to one that now is based on premium products.
  • Oversaw development of NASCAR's brand marketing group and first brand positioning leading to the award winning marketing campaign - "How bad have you got it".
  • Headed NASCAR's automotive aftermarket licensing program - turning a start-up program into one of the premier marketing program in the automotive business.
  • As vice president of strategic marketing and licensing for NASCAR, led the traditional licensing group to record royalties by focusing on helping licensees find better distribution for their products.
  • Created the positioning and business plan for Joe Gibbs Racing's proprietary racing oil and developing a platform to extend that to multiple lines of products. In two short years Joe Gibbs Driven Racing Oil is one of the top brands of Racing Oil in the high performance market.
